Nederburg 56Hundred
This range of refreshing, fruity and smooth-drinking wines takes its name from the price of fifty-six hundred guilders that Philippus Wolvaart paid in 1791 for the farm he was to name Nederburg. A visionary who recognised the winegrowing potential of the land, he had the tenacity to tame the property and establish a farm that continues to flourish today.

This variety is most readily associated with France (Bordeaux and the eastern Loire regions) and New Zealand. This Sauvignon Blanc displays a typical fresh tropical fruit aroma and flavour profile with a pleasant finish. Serve with salads and seafood.
