A visionary who recognised the winegrowing potential of the land, he had the tenacity to tame the property and establish a farm that continues to flourish today.

56Hundred Sauvignon Blanc

This variety is most readily associated with France (Bordeaux and the eastern Loire regions) and New Zealand. This Sauvignon Blanc displays a typical fresh tropical fruit aroma and flavour profile with a pleasant finish. Serve with salads and seafood.
