Ingredients
1 Onion, finely chopped
30ml (2 tablespoons) cake flour
1 egg
30ml (2 tablespoons) Chutney
Sunflower oil, for frying
30ml (2 tablespoons) tomato sauce
500g lean beef mince
50ml milk
15ml (1 tablespoon) Robertson’s Italian Herbs
10ml (2 teaspoons) Robertson’s Barbeque SpiceInstructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together until well combined
- Shape the mixture into round flat patties, cover with cling film and allow to chill for 20 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and seal patties on both sides
- Remove from pan and place on a baking tray
- Allow them to cook in the oven for about 15 minutes to cook through
